Conversation is set of messages sent or received through Chatkoo Unified Inbox or API between you and your customers in one issue cycle from Open Status to Closed Status. So, if your account has 10,000 remaining conversations, it means that you can handle 10,000 conversation issues, no matter how many messages it is
Q. How do I reply to customers using Chatkoo?
For non-developer users, we provide a web base dashboard, so you can reply to customers from there. For developer users, we provide a developer-friendly API and reply from there. Of course, you need to integrate your existing messaging channels first, so your customers can initiate the conversations.
Q. How is data protected within Chatkoo?
We use 256-bit SSL encryption to transmit your data. We also use Comodo verified with AES-256 cipher suite. All of your sensitive data, like billing information, is secured and encrypted.
